Not all stones are created equal and working with the Mookaite Jasper gemstone proved challenging, but as a stone that aids in stimulating the imagination, quick thinking and seeing projects through to completion, our team was able to transform this stone into a beautiful facial massage tool that looks more like a piece of art.
Adding to the complexity for production, it features the same “beveled-edge” shape of the Rose Quartz Sculpting Spoon making it easy to incorporate techniques for lymphatic drainage, sculpting, lifting and smoothing the skin. Like all stones, it can be used warm or cold.
Mookaite operates at the Qi level to strengthen the production of blood and invigorates circulation. In contrast, the bloodstone mushroom nourish the substance of blood. It breaks-up blood stagnation and accumulations from the digestive system. *
Use: Intuitively, I’m drawn to using it with upward strokes on the neck and circular rotations everywhere on the face; jawline, hairline, cheeks, forehead and around the lips and eyes. For the back of the neck, the small rounded tip works well to gently trace the lateral edge of the spine (lamina groove) with upward strokes and micro-circles. Larger zig zags can be followed by smooth sweeps with the flat edge of the spoon. However you are drawn to using, work gently and never with forceful movements. Trust in the power of the movement you are creating below the skins surface to create the change you desire.
It’s been said often that Mookaite encourages self-awareness and honesty with oneself. It’s a supporting stone and grounding in it’s nature and earthly colors. Use it with kindness, or use it to promote and nurture kindness within yourself, for yourself and others.
FAQ: Do you use one or two spoons?
It’s your choice. One spoon is sufficient to attain results, but many professionals like to use 2 spoons to work simultaneously on both sides of the face to ease tension, reduce puffiness and sculpt. The most popular use for home is using chilled for eye care; reducing puffiness, dark circles and soothing eye strain.
Home Care Instruction Guide is coming soon. In the meantime, we have dedicated a Facebook Site to learning how to use with simple clips and videos. Available to those who purchase the stone.
